Rooms
The spacious twin/double rooms at Belvilla Luxury Phoenix East Beach feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and city views. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower and a bidet, as well as free toiletries. Electric kettles and ironing facilities add to the convenience.

Surrounding Area
Several cultural landmarks such as the Dubai Museum and the Saruq Al Hadid Archaeology Museum are within 2 km. The Dubai Heritage Village and the Coffee Museum offer nearby exploration. The Shiva and Krishna temple is just 1 km from the hotel.
Location
Belvilla Luxury Phoenix East Beach is accessible via Dubai Creek SPB airport, with nearby Baniyas Square and Palm Deira subway stations within a 13-minute walk. Sabka Bus Station and Union bus station provide additional transport options. The Big bus 5 stop is 22 minutes away.
“Waking up here felt remarkably like sinking into a cloud; the comfort of the bed was truly exceptional. Beyond that personal respite, the proximity to the Union metro station and a vibrant array of dining options stands out as a significant advantage. What truly resonated, however, was the genuine sense of welcome, with staff remembering names by the second day, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home than a hotel.”
